Forin Logistics was founded on September 6th 1979 under the name “Forin Cargo” which aimed to provide domestic air freight logistic service.

In 1995, positive response from the market drove the management team to enlarge its business scope and transform into an international air freight forwarder. As a pioneer of the air freight consolidator for perishable air shipment in Indonesia, the company has always been well-known as the leading company in the freight forwarding industry. Within two years of its transformation, Forin Cargo was frequently awarded as “Top Agent” by several prominent brands in the airline industry, as a result of its continuous improvement. In 1997, the company was also registered as a member of the IATA.

In 2012, the company renamed itself into Forin Logistics, following its expansion into the logistics and supply chain industry. It then started its journey to provide transport, logistics, and supply chain management services to international customers.

Since 2017, the company applies ISO 9001- a standard of a quality management system – to ensure its compliance to customer demands and applicable regulatory requirements to better improve its business model

Today, Forin Logistics has been reaching out to more international sales and distribution firms. It continues to evolve its strategies to ensure that it adapts to the current dynamic market and increased digitalization.
